Information for Participants

BBQ at New Mensa, Thursday, 19th July 2007,
6:15– 9:30 pm, KARLSRUHE

After the acceptance deadline for the abstracts we could include 272
international presentations in the congress program and the articles are
assigned to the following topics:

A - New forms of art education
B - Art education and school development, art education and university
C - Open-mindedness of schools, out of school art education, social aspects of art education
D - Forms of art and media receptiveness
E - Information and communication technologies in art educational
processes

The intended time for each presentation is at most 20 minutes and at most 5 minutes for a short discussion.

The deadline for sending the long version is 31 May 2007 and here are
some guidelines for the long version:
1. The paper should at most involve 10.000 signs.
2. The paper shouldn't be formatted and designed.
3. Pictures and graphs as a part of the long version are possible.
All articles will be collected on a CD-ROM that you will get with your
congress binder at the InSEA-Congress.

The next step for you concerning the congress is to register and to book the accomodation. In this regard we'd like to advice you that the registration fee becomes more expensive if you register after 30 April 2007. The closing date for registration is 15 May 2007.

If you have to cancel your registration please send us the cancellation in written form until 31 May 2007. We have to advice that in this case we have to keep back a cancellation charge of 25%. If you have to cancel your registration after 31 May 2007 we cannot reimburse any registration fee.
